I am attaching as Exhibit A hereto the recommendations adopted by the Planning Commission on June 2, 1984. I will list our comments with reference to the numbered Planning Commission recommendations: Planning Conuni s sion Recommendation 1 Tanurb will pay for the costs of all improve- ments required by Margolis up to but not exceeding $23,000; the City shall be respon- sible for all negotiations with Margolis relative to the improvements he is request- ing and relative to obtaining an easement over his property for completion of American Street. We will request via separate letter that that costs be reimbursed to the City through the special assessment process. 2 Agreed
