No. 84-01-0031-01
ARCHITECTS • PLANNERS • INTERIOR DESIGN
1 1 9"5
CITY OF ROSEVILLE
EngIneering Division
This letter is to confirm your phone conversation on February 22, 1985, with
Mr. Gary Newhouse in which certain points of your memorandum of December 27,
1984, were discussed and agreed upon as follows:
- Item 1-f: Pylon sign is allowed 200 SF, not the 100 SF stated.
- Item 2-b(1): Merila can achieve a 50' "landing space" at access
drive to Fairview Avenue.
- Item 2-b(3): Along Fairview Avenue, the Owner will accept a handrail,
but a fence is not allowed. It is desirable not to have
a ha;.urai I.
- Item 2-d(2): The depth of the parking space of 18' has been negotiated
with and approved by Howard Dahlgren from the inception
of this project.
- Item 2-d(3): The homeowners and Tom Ehrlich do not want excessive
traffic along the north side of the building. To main-
tain a one way traffic flow in the eastbound direction,
we will configure a median which will direct traffic to
the appropriate lane. In addition, a stop sign and a
yield sign might be advantageous for traffic exiting from
the northern most parking aisle of the American Redevel-
opment Project.
570 GALAXY BUILDING 330 SECOND AVENUE SOUTH MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA 55401 (612)339-4200
