McCarrons Boulevard. <br />On April 10, 1986, the Minor Variance Committee unanimously <br />recommended approval of Michael Thienes' request for a minor variance <br />at 284 S. McCarrons Boulevard. <br />The request is for a deck and garage addition; thus a rear lot <br />variance of 17.6 ft. is needed (12.4 ft. vs. required 30 ft.). The <br />new deck extends 4 ft. into the required front yard 30 ft. setback <br />resulting in a 26 ft. setback; thus, a 4 ft. variance is needed. <br />All neighbors approved of the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Michael Thienes request for Minor Variance at <br />284 S. McCarrons Boulevard. <br />
