NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Minor Variance Board of the City of Roseville, <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at 8:30 a.m., Wednesday, <br />April 4, 1984, in the City Hall to consider the following: <br />Kenneth Klutzke request for minor variance to side yard setback <br />at 458 Woodruff Avenue. <br />The applicant proposes to construct a 2-car garage with an upper addition to <br />the southwesterly corner of the existing home. The addition will extend to <br />within 16 feet of the southerly property line. The ordinance requires•a <br />30-foot setback. The minor variance also is needed to bring the existing <br />house into conformance with setback requirements. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Lot 3, Block 4, Rolling Green, Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Lames F.
