REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS <br />Mr. Kittridge proposes to construct an addition to the north end of his <br />existing home. Before a building permit may be issued, it is necessary <br />to bring the existing garage and a portion of the existing driveway into <br />conformance with the City Code. The garage and a portion of the driveway <br />extend to within two feet of the west side yard property line. The garage <br />also extends to within two feet of the rear yard property line. The or- <br />dinance requires a five-foot setback inboth <br />in stances.into A minor variance <br />may be granted to bring the garage <br />and The minor variance board will provide an oral recommendation on Mr. <br />Kittridge's request at the Council meeting. <br />Attached are a site plan and a map showing consenting property owners. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying Charles Kittridge's <br />request for minor variance at 1139 County Road <br />B. <br />
