All <br />neighbors supported said project. The shoreline r,:quest is to be <br />submitted directly to the City Council for the appropriate action. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Cafesjian gate height variance of nine <br />feet at 1299 Josephine Road. <br />Motion approving/denying request for variance of shoreline <br />setback of seventy-five feet to twenty-five feet at 1299 <br />Josephine Road. <br />
