Answer to Question 19 - E <br />We are submitting request for a variance from 25 ft. setback of <br />parking to a 15 ft. setback. Our present parking setback is <br />zero. The proposed 15 ft. setback would equal or exceed all <br />other buildings on Oakcrest between Fairview and Cleveland <br />except the 2 new buildings west of us. We are increasing this <br />setback and asking for this variance in order to be able to <br />build a 3-car garage at rear of our property. During the past <br />3 years, we have added evergreens, trees, and shrubbery to <br />improve appearance of property. <br />
