To retain the existing curbing around the interior of <br />the site and to retain the driveway aisle west of the <br />building which conditions may not meet current city <br />codes for new development, TCF wishes to continue use <br />of the site without changing these items, except TCF <br />wishes to install some form of guard post to prevent <br />collision with adjoining site traffic. The TCF im- <br />provements are very specifically focused on establish- <br />ing the drive-in function rather than overall site <br />development. Please see supplemental statement by TCF. <br />
