We will calculate this <br />ratio and inform the Planning Commission and Council as to <br />these conditions at the public hearing. <br />If satisfactory answers can be achieved relating to the <br />missing elements of the plan, the development proposal could <br />be approved with appropriate conditions. Such conditions <br />might include: <br />A. appropriate use of the remainder of the site as may <br />be determined at the hearing, <br />B. appropriate surface treatment of the structure, <br />C. solutions to grading and drainage as determined by <br />the engineering staff, <br />D. curbing of the parking area as required by <br />ordinance, <br />E. provisions for additional landscaping as determined <br />at the hearing or subject to staff approval. <br />P <br />
