PLANNING REPORT <br />DATE: 2 October 1985 <br />CASE NUMBER: 1608-85 <br />APPLICANT: Roger Hess <br />LOCATION: Southwest Corner of Rice <br />Street and McCarron <br />Street <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of Variances to <br />the Yard Requirements <br />PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS: <br />1. We have met with Mr. Hess following the last Planning <br />Commission meeting at which time he has agreed to have more <br />complete and detailed drawings prepared, particularly as <br />they relate to the development of the site. We suggested he <br />may wish to hire professional assistance to prepare this <br />additional information as requested by the Planning <br />Commission at the last hearing. Mr. Hess has agreed to do <br />SO. <br />On September 23, Mr. Hess informed the City that these <br />revised drawings are not yet complete and, therefore, <br />requests that the Planning Commission adjourn the hearing on <br />his project to the subsequent monthly meeting of the <br />Planning Commission meeting on November 6. <br />
