All elevations to stay the <br />same -,as presently and all landscaping with the exception of one tree which <br />needs' --to be removed because of the proposed parking lot, will remain the <br />same. <br />Variances needed for this project are as follows: <br />1) Variance to Front -yard set -back on remaining old building of <br />3 foot 10 inches. <br />2) Variance to Side -yard set -back on remaining old building of <br />20 foot 4 inches. <br />3) Variance to Side -yard set -back on proposed new building of <br />15 foot. <br />4) Variance from parking lot code which requires 10 parking spaces <br />whereas we propose 6 parking spaces. <br />We feel that this proposal will make for a much better looking site because <br />of the removal of two very old wooden structures with a new concrete building. <br />Since the new building will be of concrete constructions, the chance of fire <br />will be greatly reduced.
