UTILITIES: Municipal utilities are available at the site. <br />LIGHTI14 G AND <br />SIGNAGE: A lighting plan has been indicated on the site plan <br />submitted to the staff. <br />According to the ordinance, the applicant is allowed <br />two pylons. One on Snelling Avenue of not more than 175 square feet. <br />and 30 feet in height and one on County Rd. B not more than 100 square <br />feet and 25 feet in height. Applicant is also allowed up to 300 <br />square feet of wall mounted signage which will be allocated to the <br />Tenants.
