and no black iron materials of any type will be permitted. <br />(10) All exterior letters or signs exposed to the weather <br />shall be mounted at least 3/4" from the building wall to permit proper <br />dirt and water drainage. <br />(11) Location of all openings for conduit and sleeves in <br />sign panels of building walls shall be indicated by the sign <br />contractor on drawings submitted to the Project Architect. Sign <br />contractor shall install same in accordance with approved drawings. <br />(12) No signmaker's label or other identification will be <br />permitted on the exposed surface of signs, except those required by <br />local ordinance which shall be in an inconspicuous location. <br />(13) All penetrations of the building structure required for <br />sign installation shall be neatly sealed in a watertight condition. <br />(14) Sign contractor shall repair any damage to any work <br />caused by his work. <br />(15) Tenant shall be fully responsible for the operations of <br />Tenant's sign contractors. <br />D. MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS <br />(1) Tenant will be permitted to place upon each entrance of <br />its premises not more than 144 square inches of gold leaf or decal <br />application lettering not to exceed two inches (2") in height, <br />indicating hours of business, emergency telephone numbers, etc. <br />(2) If Tenant has a non -customer door for receiving <br />merchandise, it may have uniformly applied on that door in a location <br />as directed by the Architect, in two-inch high block letters, Tenant's <br />name and address. <br />(3) Lessor shall install on the front of the building, if <br />required by the U.S. Post Office, the numbers only for the street <br />address. Size, type and color of numbers shall be as determined by <br />the Lessor. <br />E. TEMPORARY SIGNS <br />(1) Temporary signs shall be limited to the use of banners, <br />pennants and holiday signs in Tenant's interior window area for use <br />not more than sixty (60) days within one calendar year. <br />(2) Window signs shall not exceed Fifteen (15%) percent of <br />Tenant's window area or 25 square feet, whichever is greater. <br />F.
