2660 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE TFLEAH0,1E :44-3J7 I O v Sei al,.INESOTA 55 f ! <br />May 9, 1984 <br />Mr. ,Norm Brodie <br />Marco Construction Company, Inc. <br />1076 County Road B <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Brodie: <br />The City Council, at its May 7th meeting, approved Marco Construction <br />Company, Ine.'s request for variances to allow parking within S feet <br />of the northerly and southerly property lines and to allow the building <br />to be placed within 10 feet of the northerly property line at 2191 <br />Snelling, with the following conditions: <br />1) <br />That <br />the drainage <br />plan be approved by City staff. <br />2) <br />That <br />trash storare be handled inside the building. <br />3) <br />That <br />an agreement <br />be worked out regarding the City's acquisition of <br />right-of-way for the <br />rerouted frontage road. <br />4) <br />That <br />tole landscape <br />plan be approved by City staff. <br />S) <br />That <br />the exterior <br />building treatment be continued on all four sides <br />of the building as <br />proposed. <br />The variances will expire six months from the date of approval, unless <br />you have obtained a building permit and begun construction of the building. <br />If you have questions concerning; the Council's action, please contact Ise. <br />Sincerely, <br />Ronald J.
