Schmidt: <br />The Roseville City Council, at its October 22 meeting, approved your request <br />for minor variance to allow the construction of an addition to the existing <br />house extending to within 28 feet of the rear yard property line, and to <br />bring the existing house into conformance with City Code at 2312 Western <br />Avenue. <br />Please contact Gordy Beseth in our Code Enforcement Department to obtain <br />a building permit.
