NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Minor Variance Board of the City <br />of Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, will <br />meet at 8:00 AM, Wednesday, June 5, 1985, in the City Hall to <br />consider the following: <br />Ronald Kohner's application for minor variance to side and <br />front yard setback at 2872 Marion Street. <br />The applicant proposes to construct a six foot addition along the <br />front of the house. The addition will extend to within 27' of <br />the side yard property line along County Road C-2. A 30' setback <br />is required. The addition will also extend to within 33' of the <br />front yard property line along Marion Street. A 39' setback is <br />required because that is the setback of the other houses on the <br />block. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Lot 28, Block 4, Kroiss Westwood Addition. <br />James F.
