HEAD APPROVAL. <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ADMINISTRATION k <br />ITEM NO.: ITEM DESCRIPTION: Steven Daeger Request for Minor Variance MG EVIEWED/RECOMMENDS: <br />r 3 at 3039 Asbury <br />The Minor Variance Board, at its September 12th Meeting, approved Steven Daeger's <br />request for Minor Variance to allow the construction of a garage extending to within <br />14 feet of the rear yard property line at 3039 Asbury. The garage will replace an <br />existing dE-ached garage exte•iding to within 22 feet of the rear yard property line. <br />The ordinan, requires a 30-foot setback. <br />Attached are a site plan and a map showing consenting property owners. <br />COUNCIL ACTION RECOMMENDED: Motion approving/denying Steven Daeger's request for <br />Minor Variance to allow the construction of an attached <br />garage extending to within 14 feet of the rear yard <br />property line at 3039 Asbury. <br />0 <br />
