NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning C,mmission of the City of Roseville will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, December S. 1984, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering thu following request: Dillon Inn request for special use permit, preliminary plat, and variance to parking setback at 2140 County Road C. The applicant proposes to construct a 123 room Dillon Inn Motel, with an attached restaurant on the property. The City Council of the City of Roseville will meet on Monday, December 101, 1984, at the City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: All that part of the Northeast 4 of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23 lying west of the west line of the east 4 of said Northeast 4 of Section 8, and lying north of the northerly line of right of way heretofore conveyed to Minneapolis and St. Louis Railway Company (now occupied by Northern Pacific Railway Company) and lying east of a line running parallel to and distant 33 feet east of a northerly projection of the line hereinafter referred to as Line A; said Line A being determined as follows: Commencing at a point on the north line of said Section 8 distant 934 feet east of the Northwest corner of the Northeast 4 of said Section; thence south parallel with the north and south 4 section line of said section, 508 feet to Railroad; thence northeast along the right of way of said railroad, 267.3 feet to the point of beginning of Line A; thence south along said Line A to the south line of the Northeast 4 of said Section 8 and to a point which is 798.5 feet west of the southwest corner of the east 4 of the northeast 4 of said Section 8.
