CAREY <br />'ALSO AOMITTCO IN <br />WISCONSIN <br />This letter confirms our telephone conversation of November 27th, 1984, <br />in which I indicated that the Dillon Inn Company has decided to withdraw <br />its pending special use permit, preliminary plat and parking setback <br />variance application for property at 2140 County Road C in the City of <br />Roseville. Dillon. Inn also requests withdrawal of the pending amendment <br />of the tax increment financing plan to include the above -referenced site <br />in redevelopment tax increment district 1. Based on a recent review of <br />the market and other factors, Dillon Inn decided that it is not the right <br />time to proceed with development of the site. However, Dillon Inn remains <br />interested in the City of Roseville and appreciates the cooperation it <br />received from Roseville staff during preliminary work on the project. <br />Dillon Inn is aware that the City has incurred certain administrative <br />costs related to amendment of the tax increment financing plan and tax <br />increment district and notification of affected property owners and the <br />public related to the special use permit, preliminary plat and variance <br />application. The Company wishes to offer to reimburse the City for such <br />costs. <br />
