'f <br />-i ' <br />December 13, 1984 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Jim Andre <br />FROM: Steve North <br />RE: Dillon Inn <br />Attached is a letter from Linda Fisher requesting withdrawal of the <br />Dillon Inn application. She indicates the company offers to reimburse <br />the City for costs incurred, relating to the amendment of the Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan, and notification of property owners regarding <br />the special use permit. <br />The costs of notifying property owners is paid for as part of the <br />application fees for the special use, plat and variance. The costs <br />for the preparation of the amendment to the Tax Increment Plan are <br />as follows: <br />1. Briggs & Morgan (Mary Ippel) $ 150.00 <br />2. Knutson, Flynn $ Hetlund (Tom Deans) 225.00 <br />3. Howard Dalilgren Associates (John Shardlow) 1,600.00 <br />TOTAL $ 1,975.00 <br />Because we are still considering amending the Tax Increment Plan <br />by including the Ruan property, it may be appropriate to review what <br />portion of the $1,900.00 should be billed to the Dillon Inn Company. <br />SN : be <br />
