(c) The Developers represent that, to the best of its knowledge, no councilperson or other officer or employee of City is directly or indirectly financially interested in the Project or the matters covered in this Agreement, or any other contract, agreement or job contemplated to be entered into or undertaken. The Developers warrant that they have not paid or given, and will not pay or give, any official or employee of City any money or other consideration for obtaining this Agreement. No official or employee of City shall have any personal interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement. (d) No member, official, or employee of City shall be personally liable to Developers, or any sucessor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by City or for any amount which may become due to Developers or its successor gations under the terms of this Agreement. s or any mount obli- (e) Whenever any of the parties hereto is referred to, such reference shall be deemed to include the successors and assigns of such party.
