Paster, LaRose Corporation, and 011 Mexico, <br />Inc., 'a copy of which is attached herewith for <br />your convenience <br />Currently, Lexington Plaza Associates, a succes- <br />sor in interest to LaRose Corporation, is plan- <br />ning to expand the parking stalls available on <br />the east side of Lexington Avenue upon the prop- <br />erty it owns. The parking lot capacity will 'be <br />increased a total of 46 stalls. <br />Pursuant to the terms of the License Agreement, <br />the location of the parking spaces are herewith <br />changed as follows: <br />1) An additional twenty-five (25) spaces are <br />designated for your non-exclusive parking <br />use on the east side of Lexington Avenue; <br />2) The area designated for your non-exclusive <br />parking use on the west side of Lexington <br />Avenue is reduced by twenty-five (25) <br />spaces. <br />
