<br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of
<br />Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall,'2660 Civic Center
<br />Drive, on Wednesday, May 71 1986, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose
<br />of considering the following request.
<br />Paster Enterprises request for parking
<br />variance at 1688 _ 1754 North Lexington
<br />Avenue.
<br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday,
<br />May 12, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request.
<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
<br />The West of the North I of the Southwest of the Southwest
<br />of Section 14, Township 29, Range 23, except the North 247 feet
<br />and except the South 60 feet thereof.
<br />The West I of the Southwest I of the Southwest 4 of the Southwest
<br />a of Section 14, Township 29, Range 23, lying North of a line
<br />running at right angles to the said West line of said Section 14,
<br />from a point thereon 559.3 feet North or the Southwest corner
<br />thereof.
<br />All that part of the West I of the Southwest j of the Southwest a
<br />of the Southwest a of Section 14•, Township 29, Range 23, lying
<br />South of a line running at right angles to the West line of said
<br />Section 14, from a point thereon distant 559.3 feet North of the
<br />Southwest corner of said Section 14, and lying North of a line
<br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of
<br />said Section 14, distant 451.5 feet North of the Southwest corner
<br />of said Section, thence running Easterly to a point on the East
<br />line of said West j of the Southwest j of the Southwest j of the.,

<br />of said Section, thence running Easterly to a point on the East

<br />Southwest A distant 452.88 feet North of the South line of said
<br />Section 14, Except all that part of the West I of Southwest A of
<br />Southwest a of Southwest j of Section 14, Township 29, Range 23,
<br />described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of
<br />said Section 14, distant 329.5 feet North of the Southwest corner
<br />thereof, thence running East at right angles to said West line
<br />193.3 feet to point of beginning of land being described, thence
<br />North at right -ngles 1/10 of a foot, thence East at right angles
<br />90.05 feet, ti,,-nce North at right angles 20.97 feet, thence East
<br />at right angles 46.44 feet more or less to East line of
<br />aforedescribed fraction of Section 14, thence South on said East
<br />line 21.07 feet, thence West 136.51 feet more or less to point of

<br />mains, pipes and appurtenances over and across a strip of land 20
