My client has a long term lease for his space. <br />The owner of the property has proposed placing another <br />restaurant in this shopping center. In the event the restaurant <br />is allowed to occupy the premises the City zoning code will be <br />violated with respect to parking. The number of spaces available <br />will be substantially less than the code requires per seat and <br />per square foot. <br />My client objects strenuously to allowing another restaurant to <br />operate in this center unless additional parking is made <br />available. <br />Please advise me of the manner in which my client may address <br />this potential problem before it occurs.
