0 0 <br />�61A' <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Roseville will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, March 6, 1985, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose <br />of considering the following .request: <br />Ettinger Transfer Corporation application for division of <br />lot at 2360 County Road C. <br />The applicant proposes to divide the existing lot into two lots. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville will meet on. Monday, <br />March 11, 1985, at the City Hall, at 7:30 p.m. to consider this <br />request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: All that part of the NW 1/4 of Section 8, <br />Township 29 North, Range 23 West, lying North <br />of the Northerly line of right-of-way <br />acquired by Minneapolis and St. Louis Railway <br />Company (now owned by Northern Pacific <br />Railway Company) and lying East of a line <br />running South at right angles to the North <br />line of said NW 1/4 from a point thereon <br />distant 1130.58 feet West of Northeast corner <br />of said NW 1/4, and lying Westerly and <br />Northwesterly of a line described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on said North line of NW <br />1/4 distant 53 i-�et West of the Westerly <br />right-of-way line of Minnesota Transfer <br />Railway Company (measured on said North <br />line); thence running Southwesterly at an <br />angle of 73 degrees 15' to said North line <br />for a distance of 330 feet to a point thence <br />on a curve to the right with a radius of <br />553.7 feet (curve being tangent to last <br />described line at last described point) to an <br />intersection with first afore described <br />right-of-way line; Subject to public rights <br />in part taken for County Road C. <br />i^ <br />James F.
