STATEMENT IN SUPPORT OF REQUEST <br />FOR MINOR VARIANCE <br />The existing walkway on the Westerly side of the garage of <br />applicant was damaged by th— contractor during the removal of the <br />existing driveway. <br />The purpose of the requested variance is to replace the <br />damaged walkway and extend the driveway thereby allowing for <br />drainage from the adjacent lot to the West (Lot Four) and the <br />Westerly rear of owner's lot (Lot Three) over an area that slopes <br />to the garage and driveway causing continuous flooding damage to <br />garage and personal property kept therein and to improve the <br />appearance of the property. <br />There are no structures near the proposed driveway extension <br />to the crest on either Lot Three or Four. <br />Y.e n th J .
