The primary reason for our request for a variance regarding <br />driveways closer than five feet to property line is: <br />Our driveway is only 11 feet wide but it abuts the property <br />line and the side step of the house. To have the driveway <br />be in compliance would require narrowing the driveway at <br />that point to six feet which will prohibit the use of <br />our garage. Therefore, it is a physical impossibility <br />to be in compliance for the entire length of the driveway. <br />
