COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny M.A.T. properties <br />request for rezoning from R-1 to B-3 and <br />a special use permit for a convenience <br />store with fuel sales at 2884 Old Highway <br />B. If the Council wishes to deny this <br />request, the City Attorney's office <br />should be directed to develop the <br />appropriate findings of fact for Council <br />consideration at a future meeting. If <br />the Council wishes to approve the <br />proposal, then a motion to approve an <br />ordinance rezoning the site from R-1 t <br />B-3 would be in order. <br />
