Applications and accompanying documents reviewed with Minor Variance Committee. <br />Minor Variance Committee makes recommendation to City Council. <br />B. If Minor Variance Committee unanimously rec=mends approval of variance, <br />application then goes to City Council for final action. <br />C. If Minor Variance Ccetmlittee does not unanimously recommend approval or <br />recommends denial new application must be made for a normal variance. <br />23.
