8.370 <br />ZONING CODE <br />8. Other Products. If service stations sell products other <br />than gas, oil, and other petroleum products, auto parts and <br />accessories, or sales from minor vending machine products, <br />then all other retail sales shall be conducted only in <br />compliance with all requirements and conditions for sales <br />in B-3 Districts. <br />9. Regulations by City Council. All conditions pertaining to a <br />specific site are subject to regulation by the Council with <br />or without recommendations by the Planning Commission when <br />the Council finds that the general welfare and public <br />betterment can be served by modifying conditions. <br />8.370.
