I IL <br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION Paget 8 <br />iWednesday, July 5, 1989 <br />Plannincx 1973 <br />Ed Cave & Sons request for comprehensive plan amendment on the <br />south side of the Corpus Christi Church and School property at <br />2131 Fairview Avenue. <br />Jopke informed the Commission that this item had been acted upon <br />by the Commission at the June meeting but that there had not been <br />sufficient public notice. Jopke stated that the item was being <br />brought back to the Commission for action. <br />An unidentified resident questioned if the proposal was still <br />for single family residential development. Johnson stated that <br />it was. <br />Berry moved and Goedeke seconded to recommend changing than <br />comprehensive plan designation of the site on the south side of <br />the Corpus Christi Church and School property at 2131 Fairview <br />from church to low density residential. <br />Roll Call: Ayes: Maschka, ®eBenedet, Wietecki, Berry, <br />Goedeke, Stokes, Johnson <br />Mays: Nome <br />
