Pe are <br />therefore platting lots averaging 85.5 feet in width. <br />To allow variety in styles we dope the city will allow two <br />variances for this plat. <br />1. Allow 4 lots to be 84 feet in width instead of 85 feet. The <br />extra 1 foot will be added to two lots to give one 88 foc': lot <br />and one 90 foot lot. <br />2. Allow side yard setbacks to be 8 feet instead of ten feet from <br />the sideyard. If this was pervitted we would agree to place the <br />buildings a minirum of 20 feet apart. The difference is that if <br />one lot sloes not use the whole 10 foot setback, the neighbor <br />could build 2 feet wider. <br />
