As part of this project, all driveways must be brought <br />into compliance with city code. City code requires that all <br />driveways be a minimum of five feet from neighbor property lines <br />and a minimum of ten feet from an adjacent driveway. <br />The east edge of your driveway presently exists approximately two <br />feet onto your neighbor's property. During construction, the <br />east edge of your driveway in the boulevard will be re -built to a <br />point five feet west of your east property line as shown on the <br />enclosed Exhibit "A". If you believe this will create a hardship <br />or other problem, you may wish to apply for a minor variance from <br />the city.
