April 17, 1989 <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />Re: DRIVEWAY BODE COMPLIANCE/VARIANCE REQUEST <br />Dear Committee Members: <br />After examining the site plan for the proposed street work on <br />Roma Avenue, I find that the change in location of my drive- <br />way wa enterance poses a two -fold problem. First, relocation four <br />feet west would require the installation of a new portionoim- <br />driveway, and removal of a portion of existing driveway to <br />pr ove esthetics.
