1816 North Chatsworth Street <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />March 13, 1989 <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />SUBJECT: Minor Variance: Driveway <br />Project No. 87-12 <br />Neighborhood 64 <br />To whom it may concern: <br />In connection with the reconstruction of Chatsworth Street this <br />spring, I am requesting a minor variance on the location of the <br />driveway at 1816 North Chatsworth Street and that the driveway be <br />reconstructed at its present location. <br />The reason for my request for a variance is that it would be an <br />extreme hardship for me to bring the driveway into compliance. <br />The expense would be prohibitive, as the driveway is concrete and <br />appr ximately 90 feet in length.
