CITY DATA (Continued) <br />Across Fairview Avenue from Rosedale, work is progressing to <br />prepare the site for Rosedale Marketplace, a power center of <br />about 154,000 square feet (leasable). Also -to be noted is that <br />existing 112,000 square foot Pavilion Place is to be expanded to <br />create a center of about 275,000 square feet which will allow <br />repositioning of this previously distressed center as a more <br />traditional community shopping center. <br />A major office and office -high tech service development in <br />Roseville is the Centre Pointe business park to the east of I-35W <br />near County Road C-2. About 56 acres in size, the development <br />plan calls for construction of 300,000 square feet of Class A <br />office, 300,000 square feet of office/showroom space and a hotel. <br />In the planning stages at the northwest quadrant of 1-35W and <br />Highway 36 is the Rosewood Corporate Center which may include 5 <br />major buildings totaling a;�proximately 650,000 square feet. <br />One of the newer office/service developments in Roseville is the <br />100,000 square foot Rosedale Corporate Plaza at the northwest <br />corner of County Road C and I-35W. Included in tlae complex is a <br />Comfort Inn hotel.
