Offices, business and professional. <br />3. Private clubs or lodges. <br />4. Motels and motor hotels. <br />5. Mortuaries. <br />6. Research, design, and development establishments. <br />7. Restaurants over 5,000 square feet in area. <br />8. Banks and financial institutions, including drive-in <br />facilities. <br />9. The following uses are permitted in structures containing a <br />minimum of 10,000 square feet. <br />a. Permitted uses in B-2 Districts, except auto accessory <br />stores and public uses. <br />b. Health clubs, gymnasiums, and swimming pools. <br />C. Bowling alleys, when accompanied by a traditional <br />restaurant, as aefined by Section 5.575 (A). <br />d. Blueprinting and photocopying establishments. <br />e. Catering establishments. <br />f. Clothing and costume rental shops. <br />g. Linen, towels, draperies, and similar supply ;services. <br />h. Orthopedic and medical appliance stores. <br />i. Pet shops. <br />j. Recording studios. <br />k. Manufacture of electronic equipment and medical <br />instrumentation devices, as defined in Section 5.265. <br />10. Off -sale liquor stores located in shopping centers as <br />defined at Section 5.585. <br />11. Dry cleaning service facilities located within a building <br />or mall with a minimum of 10,000 square feet floor space. <br />8.400.
