11. That proper parking ramp security measures be instituted <br />consistent with the recommendations of the Roseville Police <br />Department. <br />12. That 12 foot wide handicap stalls be provided and <br />distributed in proportion with the number of stalls in each <br />sector of the lot as it relates to each entrance and by <br />parking ramp level. <br />13. That the exterior building materials of the parking ramp be <br />subject to further study and review by the Planning <br />Commission and Council. <br />14. That the detailed plans for the new Dayton's Store and its <br />exterior building materials be submitted for Planning <br />Commission and City Council review. <br />15. That an additional lane be added on the ring road as <br />proposed. <br />16.
