That final engineering, utility plans, and specifications be <br />submitted for City staff approval. <br />2. That final plans for grading, landscaping, and sediment <br />control be submitted for City staff approval. <br />3. That detailed plans of building materials and signage be <br />submitted for City staff approval. <br />4. That detailed plans concerning u <br />n sbmittedfor City staff handling <br />ng <br />Of trash <br />receptacles and screening b <br />approval. <br />5. That 'there be interim traffic management and control. <br />6. That there be maintenance of interim drainage facilities. <br />7. That additional right-of-way be dedicated if necessary. <br />8. That the final design of the pathway system be approved by <br />City staff. <br />9. That the applicant will do all possible to assure that <br />public transit to the Rosedale Center continues <br />uninterrupted, and that final plans be approved by City <br />staff. <br />10. That Ramsey County approve the relocation of the entrance on <br />Fairview Avenue. <br />11.
