The new garage would have to be located further <br />back in the yard to provide access and egress for both the <br />stalls of the garage. <br />Because of these hardships, I respectfully request that the <br />City of Roseville grant me a Minor Variance to rebuild the <br />driveway on the west side of my property at the same location <br />its at now when the City rebuilds Ruggles Street, <br />Sincerly, <br />David H.
