Ms. Schmidt is requesting a 5 <br />foot variance to allow her to keep her existing driveway at its <br />present location. Chatsworth Street is being reconstructed and the <br />variance is necessary to allow her to keep the driveway at its <br />present location instead of being moved 5 feet to the north. Ms. <br />Schmidt shares a driveway entrance with the property at 1738 <br />Chatsworth Street. <br />All impacted neighbors supported the project. <br />Requirement: 5 feet <br />Proposed: 0 feet <br />Variance: 5 feet <br />% Variance: 100% <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Betty Mae <br />Schmidt's request for minor variance at <br />1744 Chatsworth Street. <br />
