February 8, 1989 <br />Douglas H. and Barbara Taylor <br />1230 Roselawn Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Re: DRIVEWAY CODE COMPLIANCE <br />Dear Mr, and Mrs. Taylor: <br />The reconstruction of Fernwood Avenue will take place in 1989. <br />As part of tris project, all driveways must be brought into <br />compliance with city code. City code requires that all driveways <br />be a minimum of five feet from neighbor property lines and a <br />minimum of ten feet from an adjacent driveway. Also, all <br />driveways must be paved in the boulevard prior to completion o <br />this project. I will contact you again when the city receives <br />bids for this project, and you can decide whether you want the <br />city's contractor or your own to pave your boulevard. <br />The south edge of your driveway presently exists at less than <br />five feet from your south property line. During construction, <br />the south edge of your driveway in the boulevard will be re -built <br />to a point five feet north of your south property line as shown <br />on the enclosed Exhibit "A".
