REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />lq-0 <br />DATE: 4-24-89 <br />ITEM NO.: (21 / <br />Depar ment-Ap roval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />i <br />Hearing <br />Item Description: Roseville Chevrolet/Mack Truck request for <br />vacation of the portion of County Road C-2 <br />lying between Long Lake Road and 35W. <br />At the April 10, 1989 City Council meeting, the City Council <br />continued the public hearing on this matter until April 24, 1989 to <br />allow the applicant to evaluate the conuition of recommended by the <br />Planning Comilission concerning upgrading the existing parking lot to <br />the City°s curbing standard. The applicant has requested that this <br />matter be again continued to allow them to further evaluate this <br />matter. Therefore, it would be appropriate for the City Council to <br />consider continuing this matter until May 8, 1989. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuing <br />Roseville Chevrolet/Mack Truck request <br />for vacation of the portion or County <br />Road C-2 lying between 'Long Lake Road and <br />35W until May 8, 1989. <br />
