Eldridge Avenue. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened March 91 1989 and unanimously <br />recommended approval of Mr. Bryan's request for a minor variance at <br />671 W. Eldridge Avenue. <br />Mr. Bryan is requesting a 3 foot variance to allow him to leave his <br />existing driveway at its existing location. The proposed street is <br />being reconstructed and the variance is necessary to allow the <br />driveway to remain at its existing location.
