The proposed <br />garage addition would be set back 5 feet instead of the required 10 <br />feet. <br />All impacted neighbors supported the project. <br />Requirement: <br />10 feet <br />Proposed: <br />5 feet <br />Variance: <br />5 feet <br />% Variance: <br />50 percent <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Stephen Vitelli's <br />request for a minor variance at 2555 <br />Aladdin Street. <br />
