March 17, 1989 <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />At a neighborhood meeting which was held Wednesday eventing, March <br />15 at City Hall, z announced that public hearings on the <br />on <br />Kensington Est ites project g y, I rep received alawn oletter frould be m the <br />April 51 1989. The following day, <br />developer requesting that the hearings be delayed a month so that <br />he could continue his discussions with an adjacent property owner <br />about the possibility of purchasing some ;additional land for the <br />project. <br />The City has granted the developers request.
