These homes would be designed with the <br />Empty Nester and Professional Executive in mind. <br />We know there are a large number of Roseville residents who would <br />like to stay in Roseville, and from our market study of Roseville we <br />have found that they want to stay within a four to five mile radius <br />of their existing home. Thin would allow them to shop in the same <br />shopping centers, attend their• same church, and continue a life style <br />that they are accustomed to. <br />Kensington Estates would be a development with these people in mind. <br />Our homes would have a maintenance free exterior with a Homeowner's <br />Association to provide lawn care, snow and garbage removal.
