--41q: I'SE. t' 1 1;a9 <br />shall have the right to bid on the property sold pursuant to the <br />foreclosure proceeding, and, in part payment thereof, may set off <br />the amount determined by such proceeding to be due to the bidding <br />Owner, with interest and costs, if any. Any lien which becomes <br />effective pursuant to this Section prior to termination of this <br />Agreement shall survive and continue as a lien upon the property <br />subject thereto even after termination of this Agreement. <br />10. General. <br />a. SU�$or4: Termination of Liabilily. The terms, easements <br />and provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding <br />upon the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the <br />Owners hereto and the covenants, agreements and easements contained <br />herein shall be deemed to run with the land and all of said <br />easements shall be deemed appurtenant to the Parcel benefited <br />thereby.
