REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 9-25-89 <br />ITEM NO.: e - 3 <br />Depart t App val: Manager RevietTed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Welsh Company's request for final plat at <br />1665 County Road B-2. <br />The public hearing concerning the Welsh Company's request for a <br />final plat at 1665 County Road B-2 had been scheduled for May 22, <br />1989. Welsh Company has not submitted a final plat for staff review <br />and Council approval at this time. At this point in time, staff is <br />satisfied with the progress of this development, particularly based <br />on the anticipated closing date (October 2) on the single family <br />homes. Welsh has requested that the City Council continue this <br />matter until November 134 1989. Therefore, it would be appropriate <br />for the City Council to consider continuing this matter until <br />November 13, 1989. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuance of <br />the public hearing concerning Welsh <br />company's request for approval of a final <br />plat at 1665 County Road B-2 until <br />November 13, 1989 <br />
