i. The Rice Creek Watershed District; <br />j. Ramsey County; <br />k. The Ramsey County Highway Department; and <br />1. Any other regulatory or governmental agency or <br />entity affected by, or having jurisdiction over the <br />Develope-- Improvements or City Improvements. <br />1.23 "Parking Easement Agreement" means the easement agree- <br />ment between the Developer and the City which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit F. <br />1.24 "Parking Easement Parcel" means the real property <br />Legally described on Exhibit D hereto. <br />1.25 "Parties" means the Developer and the City. <br />1.26 "Pavilion Place" means the improvements constructed or <br />to be constructed on the Pavilion Place Parcel. <br />1.27 "Pavilion Place Parcel" means the real property legally <br />described on Exhibit A hereto and the improvements located thereon <br />which include a retail shopping center and parking facilities which <br />are commonly referred to as Pavilion Place. <br />1.28 "Plat" means the Plat of Welsh Crossroads 89, comprising <br />the real property located in Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />aitd legally described on the attached Exhibit B. <br />1.29 '"Project" means the Pavilion Place Parcel and the <br />Crossroads Parcel together with any improvements located thereon. <br />1.30 -utility Companies" means and includes, jointly and <br />sowverlally Lhe following: <br />a . ?
